Rental Policies
We believe in transparency. Here is everything you need to know before booking.
Reservations & Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
Setup & Breakdown
Setup and breakdown time is included in your rental window. Please ensure all personal items and decorations are removed by the end of your rental period.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 60+ days before the event receive a credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 60 days forfeit the deposit.
Capacity & Catering
Our venue accommodates up to 200 guests. Outside catering is welcome; a licensed and insured caterer is required for all food service.
Music & Entertainment
Live music and DJs are welcome. All music must end by 11:00 PM in accordance with local ordinances. Amplified outdoor music requires prior approval.
Decorations
Most decorations are permitted. Open flames, glitter, confetti, and adhesives on walls are not allowed. Candles must be enclosed in glass holders.
